Hire Digital is seeking an experienced Events & Field Marketing Manager4 to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact B2B events across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role sits within the regional marketing function and partners closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Growth teams to drive pipeline, customer engagement, and brand presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Strategy & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of B2B events, including industry conferences, executive roundtables, customer meetups, and proprietary forums
  • Manage all event logistics and operations, including venue sourcing, vendor and agency management, contract negotiations, budgets, run sheets, and on-site coordination
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality brand experiences across all event touchpoints, including content, speakers, production, and visual identity
Field and Revenue Alignment
  • Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Customer teams to align events with pipeline, revenue, and account-based marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with Demand and Growth Marketing teams to drive registrations, qualified leads, and measurable ROI from event programs
  • Support field marketing initiatives tied to regional sales priorities and strategic accounts
Project Management and Optimisation
  • Manage multiple concurrent events and timelines, ensuring flawless delivery under tight deadlines
  • Track and report on event performance, including attendance, lead quality, pipeline impact, and ROI
  • Capture post-event insights and feedback, translating learnings into clear recommendations to continuously improve future programs
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in events or field marketing, ideally within tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environments
  • Strong track record delivering B2B events, such as executive breakfasts, customer roundtables, launch events, and industry forums
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating cross-functionally
  • High attention to detail and a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working with data, metrics, and reporting to evaluate event performance and ROI
