in Singapore is seeking an Events Cost Controller to drive cost formulation, vendor engagement, and event execution within Dinner and Dance and Awards Dinner sectors, delivering competitive proposals and managing projects to successful completion. You will collaborate with the Events Manager to prepare cost tables, negotiate services, and ensure budgets and timelines are met.

Job Summary

This role supports the Events Manager by driving cost formulation, vendor engagement, and event execution within Singapore's Dinner and Dance and Awards Dinner sectors, delivering competitive proposals and managing projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Events Manager to develop detailed cost tables that support accurate budgeting and competitive pricing for event proposals
• Engage proactively with talents and contractors to negotiate costs and secure services aligned with client expectations
• Prepare and submit comprehensive event proposals that are competitive, complete, and aligned with creative team inputs
• Organize and execute awarded events, ensuring seamless coordination across all event components and stakeholders
• Manage project timelines and monitor event budgets to ensure on-time delivery within financial targets
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English to interact effectively with diverse clients and internal teams
• Adapt to a dynamic, high-pressure environment by prioritizing outcomes and maintaining flexibility in working hours
• Contribute ideas and feedback within a collaborative team environment to continuously improve event delivery and client satisfaction
