About the role
An Executive / Senior Executive, Events role combining creative vision, operational agility, and structured project delivery. Title and exact scope will be commensurate with experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead or collaborate on end-to-end creative proposals, pitch decks, and commercial tenders for upcoming events, exhibitions, and brand activations
- Serve as a direct liaison and trusted partner for clients—managing expectations, presenting creative strategies, setting clear timelines, and nurturing long-term account relationships
- Architect project master schedules, streamline resource allocation, and drive execution across all phases—from initial brief intake to post-event evaluation and reporting
- Direct and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, working in sync with internal designers, spatial fabricators, production crews, and venue operators to turn visual concepts into physical builds
- Negotiate supplier terms, manage project budgets to safeguard margins, oversee financial reporting, and secure required regulatory approvals, permits, and licenses
- Lead on-site execution for live events—managing setups, directing sub-contractors and ground crews, troubleshooting real-time contingencies under pressure, and ensuring flawless delivery
About you
- Executive: Fresh graduates with relevant diploma/degree qualifications, internship experience, and exceptional drive/adaptability
- Senior Executive: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on project management and client-facing experience in Events, MICE, Trade Exhibitions, or Brand Activations
- Solid communication abilities with a track record or demonstrated capacity for crafting winning proposal decks and presenting to corporate decision-makers
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder live events with an understanding of (or keen interest in learning) technical production, spatial fabrication, and supplier management
- Strong proficiency in budget tracking, proactive problem-solving, operational resilience, and high attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Canva)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is a strong advantage
- Valid authorization to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship
