Get Out! Events in Singapore is seeking an Event Manager to own corporate events from pitch to post-event review. You will lead client accounts, manage budgets and margins, and guide junior team members to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget.

The role requires at least 4 years in event management, including 3 years at an events agency, plus strong communication and vendor negotiation skills. Based in Singapore with full-time hours and occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of event management experience.
• 3+ years at an events agency (corporate events, MICE, experiential or team building) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Own corporate events end to end, from client brief, concept and proposal through execution and post-event review.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients: manage expectations, handle changes and build repeat business.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and event budgets; track costs and protect project margins.
• Source, negotiate with and manage vendors, venues, suppliers and manpower.
• Lead event-day operations as on-site in charge, making quick decisions to resolve issues.
• Supervise and coach Event Executives and Junior Events Managers on assigned projects.
• Manage several concurrent projects, including large-scale galas and multi-day programmes.
• Help refine internal processes, templates and supplier networks.

Job Summary
Get Out! Events seeks an Event Manager with 4 to 6 years' experience to own corporate events from pitch to post-event review. You will lead client accounts, manage budgets and margins, and guide junior team members to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of event management experience, including at least 3 years full-time at an events agency (corporate events, MICE, experiential or team building)
• Proven record of leading events independently, including client handling and budget ownership
• Strong commercial sense: comfortable with quotations, costing and vendor negotiation
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
• Calm, decisive and organised under pressure on event days
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and vendors

Other Information

• Full-time position based in Singapore
• Salary range: SGD 4,800 to SGD 5,200 per month
• Working hours: weekdays, 10am to 6pm
• Occasional evening and weekend work during events
