Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced events professional to serve as the primary client contact from confirmation through delivery. You will manage ongoing communications via email, calls and in-person meetings, translating requirements into actionable plans and orders.

You will coordinate with operations, F&B, technical, housekeeping and security to ensure seamless execution, while liaising with external vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, MICE, event management or client servicing roles.
• Strong client servicing and relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients after event confirmation and throughout delivery.
• Manage ongoing client communication via email, calls and meetings.
• Translate requirements into detailed operational plans and event orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and distribute event briefs, setup plans and run sheets.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for AV, decorators, caterers, etc.
• Oversee venue setup, event execution and teardown processes.
• Support rehearsals, site inspections and promotional activities.
