• Coordinate timelines and deliverables with vendors and suppliers.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage event logistics including catering, AV equipment, transportation, and networking activities.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Assist with ad hoc duties assigned.
