Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking an experienced events professional to manage end-to-end planning for experiential events, conferences, and corporate engagements.

You will coordinate logistics, production, and onsite delivery, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure projects meet expectations. The role requires strong project management, vendor liaison, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event management or related fields.
• Experience with corporate, government, MICE, or large-scale events is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end experiential events, conferences, and engagements.
• Coordinate logistics, production, and onsite delivery.
• Serve as main client contact to ensure projects meet expectations.
• Develop timelines, budgets, and action plans.
• Liaise with vendors and venues to support requirements.
• Conduct post-event reviews and reports.
• Build lasting client and stakeholder relationships.
