JOB DESCRIPTION

Report to: Evaluation Tech Manager

Functional Relationships with: A team of technicians, assistant engineers, engineers, and operation members to ensure smooth operations of test laboratory and product safety evaluation to achieve new model introduction qualification.

POSITION PROFILE

Based in: Singapore (Tuas); The successful candidate will collaborate and participate in operation improvement activities with operation members.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute product testing in development and qualification stage
• Design and develop test cases and procedures based on standards and requirements
• Review SOP in operations and perform risk assessments
• Configure, maintain and manage equipment server network
• Lead in cycle time reduction, cost reduction and equipment automation activities
• Lab operations in equipment maintenance and inventory
• Develop training programs and materials for assistant engineers and technicians to understand test procedures and requirements
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

ABILITY/COMPETENCY REQUIRED

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Good capability in designing/developing effective test cases based on requirements and creating traceability between requirements and test procedures
• Standardization and steamline test operations and procedures
• Possess strong interest and self-motivation to implement IoT, cloud computing with the objective to contribute towards a better software/system/network
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision on a tight schedule
• Knowledge in Visual Basic Application/RPA/IoT/computer network will be an added advantage
