Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or related sales position.
• Track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for vehicle leasing and rental.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, understand their requirements and recommend suitable vehicle leasing or rental solutions.
• Prepare quotations, leasing proposals, rental agreements and other sales documentation.
• Conduct sales negotiations, follow up on leads and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams on vehicle availability, delivery, collection and handover arrangements.
• Expertly negotiate contracts to maximise profitability.
• Manage existing customer accounts and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and transactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and advancements in automotive technology.
• Handle concerns, complaints and customer feedback professionally and promptly.
