Job summary

Harmony New Energy Auto Service (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Administrator (EV & Automotive) to support the Sales Team with vehicle sales documentation, financing applications, insurance arrangements, customer payments, and ERP/CRM updates. The role ensures accuracy and timely delivery of vehicles.

Responsibilities include processing loans, coordinating with banks and brokers, managing docs, and supporting showroom events. Prior automotive admin experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in automotive sales administration is preferred.
• Experience with vehicle financing and insurance processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process vehicle sales documentation.
• Assist Sales Executives with sales order administration and documentation.
• Track sales transactions from booking to vehicle delivery.
• Prepare and submit vehicle loan applications to financial institutions.
• Coordinate with banks, finance companies, and customers regarding status.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and brokers on policy issuance.
• Monitor collection of booking fees, deposits, and balance payments.
• Update customer information, vehicle details, and transaction records in the ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate registration and delivery documentation.
• Support showroom events and sales campaigns when required.
