Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in automotive industry.
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and motivating a sales team.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Results-oriented and commercially driven with a strong target focus.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets, especially in the EV segment.
• Lead, coach, motivate and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
• Develop and maintain corporate and fleet client relationships to grow business.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare annual sales volume plans, monthly forecasts and reports.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns to achieve volume targets.
• Oversee daily sales operations and implement improvement actions.
