Housing & Development Board is seeking an Estate Manager in the Sales Department's Planning Section to drive digital transformation and system enhancements by gathering business requirements and translating them into product specs.

You will lead end-to-end improvements, coordinate design and rollout with technical teams, manage testing, and oversee the HDB Flat Portal and other sales systems, while supporting sales planning and operations.
