Housing and Development Board is seeking an Estate Manager (Housing Eligibility Planning) to develop and enhance IT systems and e-services supporting flat purchase processes in Singapore.

You may rotate into a customer relations role, handling HDB flat transactions, credit assessments, and financial counselling, with a focus on analytical, organized teamwork and customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organisational skills to develop IT systems for housing processes.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to engage applicants/residents.

Responsabilités

• Develop, administer, and review IT systems and e-services for flat purchase processes.
• Plan and implement new IT solutions to support digital initiatives.
