Job summary

Qualifications

Education or background in estate management, IT/programming, or a related field.

Familiar with Jira/Confluence or equivalent PM tools.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into product and technical specs.
Contribute to product roadmap discussions and prioritize enhancements.
Coordinate with technical teams on design and implementation.
Manage system testing and rollout.
Oversee administration of the HDB Flat Portal and other sales systems and vendor relationships.
Support sales planning and operational work and act as a bridge between operations and technology.
