Job summary

There may be a rotation into a Customer Relations Manager role to support new and resale transactions, assess eligibility, and prepare case reports for management review.

• Lead initiatives to improve resale flat systems and processes.
• Manage end-to-end projects across teams and agencies from scoping to implementation.
• Represent business interests in technical discussions; translate requirements into specs.
• Ensure system changes meet the department's practical needs.
• Possible rotation to Customer Relations Manager for eligibility assessments and appeals, with case reports.
