Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our estates management team in Singapore, working closely with the Account Lead to manage the client’s portfolio, deliver operational excellence, and support transactional activities.

This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of renewal or conversion based on performance. You will negotiate with landlords, inspect sites, process licenses, generate POs, and provide regular performance reports to ensure service levels.

Qualifications

• 6-month contract commitment.
• Background in Business, Real Estate or related field preferred.
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills; cross-cultural awareness.
• Negotiation and client management experience preferred.
• Proactive, self-driven with a client-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day operations of Estates Management with timely reporting and financials.
• Interface with Client to understand needs and advocate CBRE support.
• Negotiate with landlords for best price and terms on licenses.
• Conduct site inspections to determine locations or resolve issues.
• Process transactions including approvals and payments to minimize gaps and risk.
• Draft and review license agreements; generate POs.
• Maintain landlord-tenant relationships and provide performance reports.
• Handle ad-hoc transactional activities as needed.
