Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Estates Management specialist in Singapore to support lease data management and lease finance payments for a financial institution client.

You will coordinate with the client and internal teams to ensure accurate data, timely reporting, and compliant processes. The role requires 3–5 years in estate management or lease payments, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate management or lease payments is preferred.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day estates management operations and reporting.
• Interface with the Client to understand needs and translate into actions.
• Be the go-to person for lease data and lease finance payments.
• Support transactions: lease documentation, approvals, and data entry into client systems.
• Coordinate with finance and other functions to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
