Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Singapore seeks a proactive Estates Management professional to manage day-to-day operations, reporting, and client-facing activities. You will interface with the client to interpret needs, oversee ATM and lease processes, and coordinate with facilities and project teams to resolve tenancy issues.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills, with a focus on timely action and accurate licensing management in Sequentra and related systems.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Business, Real Estate, or related discipline desirable.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in landlord leasing or landlord representation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Estates Management reporting and transactions.
• Interface with Client to interpret needs and respond to changes.
• Represent client as Tenant in leasing ATM, branch, and office in Singapore.
• Oversee ATM network distribution strategy with the bank in Singapore.
• Negotiate with landlords, including government agencies, for licenses and terms.
• Conduct site inspections for new locations or issue resolution.
• Coordinate with facilities and project management on tenancy matters.
• Track transactions and ensure timely actions within license periods.
• Draft and review license agreements and flag deviations.
• Liaise with Portfolio Services to update licenses in Sequentra.
• Generate POs for agency fees and others.
• Maintain landlord-tenant relationships and prepare performance reports.
• Handle ad-hoc transaction activities.
