Job summary

Housing and Development Board is seeking an Estate Executive in Singapore to join a dynamic HDB Office team. You will serve residents by delivering quality housing and maintenance services and address feedback on related matters.

The role involves managing leases, tenancy, mortgage and rent matters, coordinating car park improvement works, and contributing to estate renewal projects such as HIP and LUP. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical background and/or estate management experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Passion to serve residents and communities.

Responsibilities

• Address residents’ feedback on maintenance-related matters.
• Manage lease and tenancy of HDB flats (e.g. feedback on illegal sub-letting, noise).
• Coordinate with flat owners and tenants on mortgage loans and rent payments.
• Monitor car park improvement works.
• Involve in estate renewal projects (e.g. HIP, LUP).
