Job summary

The Housing and Development Board in Singapore is seeking an Estate Manager in the Sales Department to drive digital transformation by developing and enhancing systems, e-services and business solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience in the HDB flat buying journey. You will also administer the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme and liaise with stakeholders on housing projects.

Qualifications

You should preferably have a good background in Real Estate, possess critical thinking and analytical skills and be prepared to deal with numbers.
You should also be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, possess a customer-service mindset and the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

Drive digital transformation by developing and enhancing systems, e-services and business solutions.
Administer the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme and liaise with stakeholders on sales projects.
Process sales applications, appeals and housing grant cases to deliver quality service.
Potential rotation as Customer Relations Manager to manage applicants and residents' needs.
Duties include duty manager at counters and processing Enhanced CPF Housing Grant applications.
