GovTech is seeking an Estate Manager in the Sales Department to drive digital transformation and improve the HDB flat buying journey through new systems and e-services. You will develop, administer and review platforms to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
You will liaise with housing stakeholders and developers on EC projects, administer the EC Housing Scheme, and process applications, appeals and housing grants with a strong customer-service mindset.
As an Estate Manager in the Sales Department, you will drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives by developing and enhancing systems, e-services and business solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience in the HDB flat buying journey. You will also administer the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme, work with stakeholders on housing projects, and deliver quality customer service through the processing of sales applications, appeals and housing grant cases.
Your main duties will include developing, administering and reviewing systems and e-services to support operational efficiency, drive customer service excellence in the flat buying journey.
You will be involved in planning, formulating, and implementing new business IT solutions, as well as enhancing existing portal and systems, to support the implementation of new/ revised policies, digital initiatives and streamlined processes and procedures. Your duties also include liaising with internal stakeholders and property developers on the sale of Executive Condominium projects and administer the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme. During your employment, you may also be rotated to take on the role of a Customer Relations Manager (CRM), to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats. You will be involved in administration and processing of sales applications, from registration of the application to issuing of keys, assess and respond to appeals from customers who deviate from the eligibility conditions to buy an HDB flat, and draft case reports/ submissions for management’s consideration for deserving cases. Your duties will include day-to-day liaison with appellants/flat applicants, solicitors and relevant agencies on requests for housing assistance. You will also perform the role of Duty Manager at the counters and attend to cases/issues escalated by our Customer Relations Executives. In addition, you will process Enhanced CPF Housing Grant applications from flat buyers.
You should preferably have a good background in Real Estate, possess critical thinking and analytical skills and be prepared to deal with numbers. You should also be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, possess a customer-service mindset and the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels. Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
