Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore seeks a Property Manager to lead a team of property officers in managing public housing estates and ensuring compliance with government regulations. You will drive KPI achievement and collaborate with grassroots organizations and government agencies on improvement projects.

You will plan improvement programmes, manage budgets, engage residents for feedback, and support the PR team in grassroot activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Building, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in property or estate management, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team of property officers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with grassroots organizations, government agencies, and residents.
• Good planning and organizational abilities, with experience in implementing improvement programmes and managing budgets.
• Proactive and service-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to enhancing the living environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of property officers in the management of public housing estates.
• Manage the team in achieving KPIs and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
• Collaborate with grassroots organizations and government agencies on projects to enhance living environments.
• Plan and implement Town Councils’ improvement programmes and exercise prudent budget control.
• Engage residents to gather feedback on service levels.
• Assist PR Team and grassroots leaders to organize grassroot activities.
• Attend MPs’ house visits, grassroots and project meetings after hours as required.
• Conduct estate inspections and audits as assigned.
• Support the General Manager in Town Council governance and achievements.
