Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore is seeking an Estate Executive, Housing Maintenance (HMG) to join a dynamic HDB Office team dedicated to serving residents with quality housing and maintenance services.

The role involves addressing residents’ feedback on maintenance matters, managing leases and tenancies for HDB flats, aiding residents with mortgage and rent payments, coordinating car park improvements, and contributing to estate renewal projects such as HIP and LUP.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical background and/or estate management experience is advantageous but not required.
• Effective communication skills.

• When necessary, work beyond normal officer hours and perform light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Address residents’ feedback on maintenance matters.
• Manage lease and tenancy of HDB flats and address feedback on issues like illegal sub-letting and excessive noise.
• Assist flat owners and tenants with mortgage loans and rent payments.
• Coordinate and monitor car park improvement works.
• Involvement in estate renewal projects such as HIP and LUP.
