Job summary

Housing & Development Board is seeking an Estate Executive, Housing Maintenance (HMG) to join an HDB Office team. You will assist residents by delivering quality housing and maintenance services, and you will handle feedback on maintenance matters.

Responsibilities

• Address residents’ feedback on maintenance matters.
• Manage lease and tenancy of HDB flats, including feedback on illegal sub-letting and noise.
• Coordinate with flat owners and tenants on mortgage and rent payments.
• Monitor car park improvement works and related projects.
• Participate in estate renewal projects (HIP, LUP) where applicable.
