Qualifications

• Basic knowledge and skills, chatbots and prompts will be an advantage.
• Possesses basic skills and understanding in data preparation, e.g. with Excel spreadsheets.
• Able to understand building-related documents, e.g. drawings and technical specifications.
• Meticulous in going through contract specifications.
• Familiarity with built-environment and facilities management will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of term contracts for maintenance and improvement works; administer contracts (issue instructions, penalties, etc.).
• Monitor and audit works done; verify relevant documentation.
• Liaise with vendors and workers on contractual matters.
• Compose regular reports on audits and reconciliation for accounts and payments.
• Monitor dashboards and prepare statistics; extract data for ad hoc studies and reporting.
