Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee maintenance across public housing common areas. You will coordinate with contractors, perform on-site inspections, and ensure defects are rectified efficiently.

You will engage with residents for feedback, manage grassroot communications, and support grassroots activities. The role requires a proactive, independent worker who communicates clearly and collaborates with teams to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Min Higher Nitec with 1–2 years relevant experience in property/estate/facilities management or building/facilities maintenance.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors to maintain common areas at public housing flats within designated Town Councils.
• Conduct on‑the‑ground inspections and follow up with contractors on defect rectification.
• Issue works orders to contractors and monitor rectification of works; process payments.
