Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facilities management activities across multiple client sites.
• Attend to client requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and ad-hoc facilities services.
• Obtain quotations and coordinate service works when required.
• Monitor service schedules and follow up on work completion.
• Support onboarding of new client accounts and operational setup.
• Maintain records, reports, invoices, and operational documentation.
• Track inventory of office and facilities-related supplies.
• Assist in billing administration and vendor invoice processing.
• Support site inspections and ensure service standards are met.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
