Job summary

CWL Facilities Management Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Property/Facilities Manager in Singapore to oversee estate maintenance and compliance with by-laws and regulations. You will ensure safety, operational condition, and service quality for occupants.

Responsibilities include coordinating with agencies, managing meetings and communications, and supervising staff and contractors to meet KPIs while upholding high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Building/Estate Management or related discipline.
• Experience in property management industry.
• Knowledge of Management Corporations and Building Strata Management Act.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence via site inspections to ensure contracted services meet specifications.
• Liaise with government agencies, developers, architects, contractors and service providers.
• Conduct meetings for the Management Corporation: agenda, progress updates and minutes.
