Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Business Analyst – ERP System & Process Change to support ERP across multiple finance workstreams, documenting requirements, and driving process improvements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure changes align with group standards and strategic goals.

You will engage in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing preparation, UAT, and post-implementation follow-up, while contributing to continuous improvement using Oracle Fusion capabilities and

Qualifications

Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy, Business, or an equivalent discipline.
3–5 years of relevant working experience in finance operations, ERP systems, business analysis, or business process change.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret information, investigate issues, document findings, and recommend practical next steps.

Responsibilities

Support ERP System across finance workstreams such as Data Sourcing, Accounting Hub, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Staff Expenses, Account Reconciliation by documenting requirements, clarifying business needs, and following through on assigned action items.
