Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or Business.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, ERP, or business process change.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret information and identify actions.
• Solid knowledge of finance processes, controls, and operational risk.
• Proactive, meticulous, and able to manage competing priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP system across multiple finance workstreams by documenting requirements and clarifying business needs.
• Assist in project delivery activities: requirements gathering, fit-gap, walkthroughs, and testing prep.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements.
• Provide input on data requirements, system behavior, controls, and user adoption considerations.
• Contribute to playbacks, design walkthroughs, testing cycles, and sign-off activities.
• Coordinate with IT, implementation partners, Finance Ops, HR, Tax, and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with standards.
• Support testing activities including Oracle quarterly updates, UAT, and defect tracking.
• Assist production support by investigating functional issues with business and tech teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Oracle Fusion, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
