Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive business transformation within banking and financial services. You will conduct as-is process discovery, map requirements, and lead workshops with stakeholders across business and technology teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in business analysis or transformation, extensive requirements gathering experience, and exposure to Power Platform / automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis or transformation consulting.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services is required.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements and document BRDs.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting UAT, test planning, and defect management.
• Knowledge of banking products such as Loans, Trade Finance, Remittance, KYC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process discovery and document current-state processes.
• Analyze pain points, bottlenecks and process inefficiencies.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions.
• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, process flows and business rules documentation.
• Collaborate with business and solution teams to resolve gaps.
• Review designs for alignment with business needs and manage traceability.
• Support UAT planning, test reviews, and defect resolution.
• Develop SOPs, user guides, and process documentation.
• Assist user training and solution adoption activities.
• Track improvements and benefits realization post-implementation.
• Liaise between business and technology teams for project delivery.
