Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks a capable Business Analyst – ERP System & Process Change to support ERP workstreams across OCBC Singapore and regional entities. You will document requirements, analyse gaps, and drive improvements within the finance ecosystem.

You will partner with IT, Finance Operations, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, testing, go-live readiness, and ongoing optimisation using Oracle Fusion capabilities and automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or Business.
• 3-5 years in finance operations or ERP/business analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and process improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements and clarify business needs for ERP.
• Support project delivery, testing, and go-live activities.
• Analyse current processes and propose practical improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, partners, and stakeholders to align deliverables.
• Participate in UAT, defect tracking, and sign-off reviews.
