Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on operations or digital transformation.
Strong business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
Experience with automation platforms and data analytics.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with SDLC, Agile, Scrum.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders across departments to gather and document detailed business requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
Process Analysis: Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks for improvement.
Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with IT and operations to design and implement digital solutions using automation, AI, and data analytics.
Data Analysis: Utilize data to provide insights on performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise between business units, IT, Operations, and external vendors.
Change Management: Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users.
Testing & Validation: Coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor effectiveness and propose enhancements.
