OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a Business Analyst to drive ERP system delivery and process changes across the finance ecosystem. You will collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, support implementation, and improve data flows and controls.

The role focuses on ERP workstreams, testing, and post-go-live support, with a view to leveraging Oracle Fusion, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities for better user experience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy, Business or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, ERP systems, or business analysis.
• Solid analytical skills with ability to document findings and propose steps.

Responsabilités

• Document requirements for ERP across finance workstreams and clarify business needs.
• Support project delivery: requirements, fit-gap, solution walkthroughs, UAT, go-live support.
• Analyze current processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements.
• Input on data needs, system behavior, controls, and user adoption considerations.
• Review configurations, reports, workflows, and process changes for sign-off.
• Coordinate with IT, partners, finance, HR, tax and stakeholders to align deliverables.
• Support testing activities including Oracle updates and test scripts.
• Assist production support by investigating functional issues with teams.
• Explore Oracle Fusion, automation, reporting, analytics to improve UX and controls.
