Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, business, sales or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT solution sales.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven track record in B2B IT solution sales and business development.
• Ability to engage with senior business leaders effectively.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and refine sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for ERP solutions, primarily Dynamics 365 BC.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, decision-makers, and partners.
• Analyze customer business needs to propose suitable ERP solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and negotiations to close sales.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through post-sales support.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, consulting and implementation teams for deployment.
• Engage with operations and stakeholders for account management.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report performance metrics.
• Investigate market trends and competitive landscape to devise strategies.
