Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is hiring a sales professional to lead generation and close ERP deals. You will develop product mastery, present tailored proposals, and manage the sales pipeline to hit targets.

The role requires 2–3 years in ERP or related solution sales, strong communication skills, and a self-motivated, results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through your own initiatives and with the support of our telemarketing team.
• Product Mastery: Develop deep expertise in our ERP solutions to confidently present, demonstrate, and position our system as the ideal fit for diverse business needs.
• Solution Selling: Engage clients to understand their challenges and craft tailored proposals and quotations that highlight clear business value.
• Sales Ownership: Manage your sales pipeline strategically to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets, contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Job Requirements

• Degree and above
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ERP or related solution sales.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels, including C-suite executives.
• A self-motivated, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
