Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Executive/Officer (Generalist) to join our HR team in Singapore. You will handle end-to-end HR functions including onboarding, payroll, statutory filings, work pass administration, and employee data management.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in HRM or Business Admin, at least 2 years of HR Generalist experience, and familiarity with UNIT4 HRIS and SAP. You will support benefits programs and coordinate training and events while driving HR process

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in HRM, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive communicator.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS UNIT4 and accounting systems like SAP.
• More than 2 years' experience as a HR Generalist.
• IHRP-CP/CA certification is an added advantage.
• Data accuracy and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across onboarding, staff confirmations, and offboarding.
• Manage monthly payroll processes including bank transmission and CPF contributions.
• Prepare and submit IR8A annually.
• Submit NS Make-Up Pay and other government claims.
• Administer work passes and dependent passes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain employee data and personnel files with accuracy.
• Administer employee benefits programs, health insurance, screenings and wellness initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for compensation and benefits inquiries.
• Coordinate company events and training sessions.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR processes.

Position: HR Executive/ Officer (Generalist) (Job ID: 20328)

Job Description

• Provide support in full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to onboarding, staff confirmation, offboarding etc.
• Manage the payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely monthly payroll processing such as bank transmission, CPF contributions etc.
• Prepare and submit annual IR8A filing in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Submission of statutory government claims such as NS Make-Up Pay, government-paid leave claims etc.
• Administer work pass/dependent pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Update and maintain the accuracy of employee data, personnel files and other HR documentations with data integrity standards.
• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, annual health screening, wellness programs and other employee benefits.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
• Support in organizing and coordinating company events and training sessions etc.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes.
• Any other ad-hoc HR-related tasks to be assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Attention to details, strong communicator, proactive interaction with the team and cross-department to enable smooth and efficient operation of daily tasks
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platform (UNIT4) and accounting systems such as SAP preferred
• More than 2 years' experience as a HR Generalist
• IHRP-CP/CA certified will be an added advantage
• Strong attention to details with a focus on data accuracy
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
