Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to provide end-to-end oversight for corporate and consumer IT projects. You will guide cross-functional teams, liaise with business partners and external vendors, and manage scope, schedule, budget and quality to deliver changes effectively.

The role requires hands-on project management across initiation, planning, design, testing, implementation and rollout, with regular updates to governance bodies and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management in IT within banking, delivering projects over S$1 million.
• Self-starter with strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Comfortable managing senior stakeholders and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and proposals with approvals.
• Establish project plans, resources, budgets, time-frames, and tasks.
• Identify, track, and communicate progress, milestones, changes, and risks.
• Manage project team performance, provide technical guidance, and training.
• Coordinate activities across development, product management, UX and QA teams.
• Secure acceptance of deliverables from sponsors and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and deliverables.
• Evaluate purchases of software, hardware, and services when appropriate.
• Ensure deliverables comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Document each project phase and support training and rollout.
