Job summary

OCBC (Singapore) is seeking a seasoned ERP transformation professional to design and build reports and AI applications on the ERP platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Responsibilities include developing process documentation and training materials, conducting workshops to drive adoption of new processes, and identifying risks while monitoring the impact of changes.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computing, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in process improvement, change management, or ERP implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new reports and AI applications on the ERP platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of process changes.
