Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced ERP-focused professional to design and deploy reports and AI applications on the ERP platform, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective process changes.

You will develop documentation, run training sessions, and monitor the impact of new processes, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Degree in Computing, Accounting, or related field.
8+ years in process improvement, change management, or ERP implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with ERP systems and process-improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design and build new reports and AI applications on the ERP platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure adoption of new processes.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of process changes.
