Job summary

Synergix Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Singapore to foster strong client relationships and drive ERP revenue growth. You will collaborate with in-house analysts and consultants to tailor solutions, respond to quotations, and pursue upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

Candidates with a degree-level qualification are preferred.
At least 2 years of sales experience for candidates with working experience.
Willingness to listen to customers and have patience.
Farmer mindset and passion for client-oriented services.

Responsibilities

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to retain customers.
Drive revenue growth in the Singapore ERP market by identifying new opportunities.
Schedule meetings to present updates and gather client feedback.
Collaborate with in-house analysts and consultants to offer client solutions.
Respond to quotations and assist with proposals.
Upsell and cross-sell products to existing accounts.
Meet KPI targets with management.
Update CRM for account reporting.
