Job summary

Port Cities in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth by leading the sales cycle, managing client relationships, and coordinating with the consulting team for ERP/software implementations.

You will lead lead management, tailor proposals, and nurture a robust pipeline while collaborating with management on strategic goals. Hybrid work, competitive package, and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in solution-based sales, BD, or pre-sales for ERP software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• English fluency required; Mandarin preferred.
• Singapore work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead management: follow-up on inbound/outbound leads and schedule meetings.
• CRM: establish relationships with new clients and focus on solution-based sales.
• Account management: manage existing clients, upsell, AR follow-up, and credit review.
• Strategic planning: work with management to set growth goals.
• Sales process leadership: lead ERP/Odoo implementations, gather requirements, present services.
• Proposal preparation: prepare proposals and quotations aligned with client needs.
• Networking: generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Content localization: adapt marketing content to local language.
