Job summary

Synergix Technologies, a Singapore ERP solutions provider, seeks a sales-focused professional to maintain client relationships and drive growth. You will identify opportunities in the ERP market, schedule client meetings, and collaborate with analysts and consultants to deliver solutions.

The role emphasizes upselling, cross-selling, and meeting KPI targets, with remuneration linked to experience and commissions. Working in a modern workspace with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience needed for candidates with working experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure a strong customer retention base.
• Driving revenue growth in the Singapore ERP market through identifying new opportunities.
• Schedule meetings to present latest updates and gather feedback from clients.
• Work closely with in-house business analysts and functional consultants to provide solutions for clients new requirements.
• Respond to quotation requests and assist with business and grant proposals.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell company's products to existing accounts.
• Meet accounts performance KPI's as agreed with you and management.
• Update in-house CRM system for accounts reporting.
