Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager / Sales Executive to maintain strong relationships with existing clients and grow the company’s ERP software customer base in Singapore.

You will work closely with Business Analysts and Functional Consultants to propose ERP solutions and respond to quotations. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in sales or account management, with strong communication skills and a proven ability to upsell and cross-sell within a diverse industry

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales/account management or related experience.
• ERP or enterprise software experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and upsell to existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build long-term partnerships.
• Drive revenue growth within the Singapore ERP software market by identifying new business opportunities.
• Understand clients' business requirements and identify opportunities to introduce ERP solutions.
• Schedule regular client meetings to present product updates and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Functional Consultants to craft solutions for client needs.
• Prepare quotations, business proposals and grant proposals.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products.
• Support client retention by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales and account performance KPIs.
• Maintain accurate account information and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle to ensure a positive experience.
