PERSOL is seeking an entry-level Logistics/Operations Assistant to support warehousing, inventory control and customer coordination at our Singapore site.
Join a dynamic team, manage WMS records, assist with audits and regulatory compliance, and contribute to daily operations. Class 3 driving licence is required; opportunity to grow in logistics and service delivery.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:0pm (1-hour lunch break)
Alternate Saturdays: 8:00am to 12:00pm

Update and maintain WMS records for inbound and outbound shipments, import/export activities, duty payments and vehicle movements
Maintain daily inventory records and location plans, ensuring accurate updates across systems
Coordinate vehicle transportation, delivery and collection arrangements
Liaise with customers regarding orders and event arrangements
Prepare and maintain transaction records, shipping documents, permits and defect reports
Coordinate with operations controllers to arrange deliveries and confirm customer orders
Support billing processes, verify invoice accuracy and update monthly financial projections
Assist with ISO audits, SOP compliance, toolbox meetings and workplace safety/5S+1 requirements
Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs, LTA and other relevant regulatory requirements
Conduct monthly cycle counts and bi-annual stock takes
Prepare KPI and customised reports for customers
Maintain first aid kits and perform first aider duties when required
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Prior experience in customer service, logistics or operations coordination is an advantage
Automotive industry experience will be an added advantage
Good communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with inventory/WMS systems
Knowledge of customs processes and regulatory requirements is preferred
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Class 3 driving licence is compulsory
