Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator based in Singapore. You will maintain WMS records for inbound and outbound shipments, monitor inventory, coordinate deliveries, and prepare shipping documentation.

You will liaise with customers, support billing and forecasting, and ensure compliance with customs and safety standards. A Class 3 driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or operations support.

• Proficient in MS Office and WMS.
• Familiarity with customs procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update WMS records for inbound and outbound shipments, import/export activities, duty payments, and vehicle movements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy by managing stock records, storage locations, and system reporting.
• Coordinate vehicle transportation, deliveries, and collections while liaising with customers on orders and event-related arrangements.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, permits, transaction records, and defect reports.
• Work closely with operations teams to schedule deliveries and verify customer orders.
• Process billing activities, review invoice accuracy, and assist with monthly financial forecasting updates.
• Support compliance initiatives, including ISO audits, SOP adherence, workplace safety practices, and 5S+1 standards.
• Ensure all operations comply with relevant customs, LTA, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, stock takes, and prepare KPI and customer-specific reports.
• Serve as a designated first aider and oversee the maintenance of first aid supplies.
• Provide administrative and operational support as required to facilitate smooth daily operations.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or operations support; automotive industry exposure is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with customs procedures and regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving Licence is mandatory.
