Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field.

• Prior experience in application support is an advantage.
• Banking/Financial domain knowledge is an advantage.
• Operating System knowledge: Linux/Solaris/AIX is an advantage.
• Conversant with SQL.
• Knowledge of shell scripting and job scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Incident management and reporting.
• Recovery coordination and escalation.
• Review daily activities and ensure shift handovers.
• Monitoring and recovery of batch jobs.
• Perform health checks and alert management.
• Coordinate disaster recovery (DR) testing.
• Prepare management reports for presentation.
• Drive continuous improvements through automation and SRE practices.
• Post-resolution follow-ups to ensure issues are resolved.
