The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd.

is hiring an IT Senior Account Manager (Enterprise Solutions) to drive strategic growth in Singapore's enterprise market. You will acquire new enterprise clients, expand strategic accounts, and foster trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and other senior leaders, partnering with Solution Architects and Delivery teams to implement innovative enterprise tech solutions.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field.
6-8 years of B2B enterprise technology sales experience with 3-5 years in Singapore's Enterprise IT market.
Solid understanding of enterprise IT solutions including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, DevOps and virtualization.
Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic enterprise account plans and identify digital transformation initiatives.
Build executive relationships with CIOs/CTOs/CISOs and other senior decision-makers.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial pitch to deal closure and coordinate with delivery teams.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts.
Coordinate tender responses, RFPs, and client workshops, and support post-sale handover.
