Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support professional to provide Level 1 and 2 support for enterprise applications, including SAP S/4HANA, Freshdesk, Servigistics and Microsoft 365.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage user access, and coordinate with vendors for technical support. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, data extraction, reporting and dashboard maintenance using Power BI and SAC, gathering requirements, and coordinating UAT and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in related IT Experience, preferably in Enterprise Application Support.
• Hands-on experience in ITSM Tools, Sharepoint and SAP Analytic Cloud or Power BI.
• Knowledge in SQL Queries, reporting tools and system troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise applications, including SAP S/4HANA, Freshdesk, Servigistics and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot application issues, manage user access and coordinate with vendors for technical support.
• Monitor application performance and recommend system improvements.
• Support data extraction, reporting and dashboard maintenance using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SQL.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system implementations and end-user training.
• Manage small-scale IT projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs and IT support ticket records.
