Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking an IT Applications Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support for enterprise business applications in Singapore. You will handle user inquiries, incidents, access requests, and collaborate with vendors for complex issues.

You will support SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and reporting tools like Power BI and SAC, while aiding in data extraction, dashboards, and data validation for accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT experience, preferably supporting enterprise/business applications.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise application support and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems would be highly relevant.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools, SharePoint and reporting/analytics platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications, handling user enquiries, incidents, system issues and access-related requests.
• Perform Level 1 and Level 2 application support, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors or higher-level technical teams for more complex cases.
• Support SAP S/4HANA, ITSM/ticketing systems, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams.
• Monitor application performance, identify recurring issues and recommend system or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Manage user accounts, system access and permissions while maintaining relevant system documentation, SOPs and user guides.
• Support business reporting and analytics activities using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SQL or similar reporting tools.
• Assist with data extraction, report preparation, dashboard maintenance and data validation to ensure accurate business reporting.
• Partner with business users to understand operational needs and translate them into system enhancement requirements and functional specifications.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare testing scenarios and support end-user training for new system implementations or enhancements.
• Participate in application implementation and enhancement projects, coordinating activities between internal stakeholders, business users and external vendors.
• Track project issues, risks and dependencies, provide progress updates and take ownership of assigned small-scale IT projects.
• Maintain proper tracking and documentation of IT support tickets, system requests and resolutions.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Around 3–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably supporting enterprise/business applications.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise application support and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems would be highly relevant.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools, SharePoint and reporting/analytics platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries, data extraction and reporting.
• Experience working directly with business users on requirements gathering, UAT, system enhancements and project coordination.
